Fantastic record to end a set with, probably finished more of my sets with the Now Voyager mix than any other tune. And if anyone mentions the Ginger Bint who has ripped this track off recently I won't be responsible for my actions. :)

I've had that a couple of times, once for the wedding circle, once for the very last track!

You just had to go there didn't you? ;)

I really fail to see how people can like someone who cannot sing a note in tune. She performed it live on Pete Tong's show in Ibiza in August and honestly it was like the worst X-Factor audition you've ever heard, I mean ear splittingly awful. I know it's personal preference and everything, but I really fail to comprehend how anyone can even give it the time of day.

 You really love that f don't you! In a perverse way, I'm glad she did what she did as it has given me the opportunity to play the only version worth playing again, and re-educate a whole new crowd.

Am I the only one who likes the Florence version then? I thought the live performance on Tong's show was outstanding.. proper hairs of the back of your neck moment

I quite like florence but she is a bit over-rated. her two gigs over here sold out in minutes!

Never seen the attraction of this tune, whatever version...Powerful lyrics maybe, but it doesn't go anywhere and the Candi Staton version is lacking in a beat. Personal view..please don't shoot me! :D
